So I decided it was time to start a blog now that our family is growing. I have only been thinking about doing for like 6 months. Oh well better late than never I say! Remember I am very new at this so we'll see how it goes. Hopefully all is well with everyone.
Ok where to start?? Well we are doing great here in Montgomery. Life is busy as usual, this last week was especially busy. We had something going on every night last week. This weekend was just as eventful, I ran a half marathon on Saturday in New Prague, that night we had a 30th b-day party to go to and then there was Mother's day. We went to Mom and Dad's for brunch, Robert cooked his famous french toast, Britt made monkey bread and I brought the fruit. I think I was more excited for this day than my birthday this year. I love getting together with family, it always seems like something is going on, so all the more reason for us to get together!!
If you haven't heard me say it before, I love being a mother!! I have to post this poem about being a mother, I just love it!! I will try to do that sometime. ..
Oliver is now almost 4 months old! I still can't believe how he has grown, and how time has cruised along!! I absolutely love spending every minute I can with him! He is going to be one very busy little boy we can tell already. He is busy learning to use his voice, maybe a little too much!! He likes to squak and holler a lot, Robert encourages it which is really funny to listen to those 2 go back and forth!! He hasn't rolled over yet but this last week he started this wimpering, thing. I think it is the cutest thing ever but Robert thinks he sounds like a girl when he does it so he doesn't encourage that!! He is also starting to grab onto things like toys or our fingers and bring them to his mouth! There are no teeth yet, which I am hoping won't come for a little while yet. Well I suppose I will put up some pics, so many to choose from so I'll just put up a bunch!!
